Covid-19 Update & Christmas Deliveries

My last recommended order date for Christmas orders is Friday 17th December. Please note I cannot guarantee your order will reach you for Christmas but I am dispatching all orders the next working day. Once dispatched, the parcel is in the hands of Royal Mail and I have no control over their delivery times.

If you are concerned that post is slow in your area, I would recommend upgrading to special delivery. After the 17th December, orders will still be dispatched the next working day until 23rd December. If you are ordering Christmas gifts I would highly recommend selecting special delivery.

Please note that Royal Mail are still experiencing delays in some postcodes. You can find an up to date list of affected areas here (click the 'Royal Mail Deliveries' header to reveal the list). Once dispatched any delays due to Royal Mail are out of my control.


I work to get your orders with you as soon as possible, however as Jessica Sian Illustration is made up of just me, I can't guarantee next day dispatch. I aim to dispatch orders within 1 - 2 working days, commission pieces have a 4 - 6 week processing time as I need to draw your lovely building!

This may be longer during busy periods but will be noted on the product pages if so. Please see below for postage estimates and add this onto the dispatch/processing time. If you have a special request or are up against the clock please get in touch and I will help if I can!


Standard delivery is free for orders £35 and over, delivery for orders under £35 is £2. Standard delivery is 2nd class, orders can be upgraded to 1st class for an additional £1. First class delivery is free on orders over £50. All orders will require a signature upon delivery. 

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Delivery (2nd class) 3 - 5 working days
  • Express Delivery (1st class) 2 - 3 working days

Please note that all shipping times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.

Commissions and Personalised Pieces

Commissions and personalised pieces are made to order and customised to you, so unfortunately I'm unable to accept returns on these pieces unless faulty.

Non-personalised Products

If your order isn't what you thought it would be, you are able to return it and request a refund within 14 days of dispatch. Please email with a note of your order number and the items you are returning. Please then wrap the piece up securely (ideally in the original packaging) and return it to the address below:

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of unwanted products and to ensure they are returned in a saleable condition. Provided they are returned in a saleable condition your refund will be processed on receipt of the return. Depending on your bank and your payment method, refunds can take 3-7 working days to appear in your account.

Faulty Pieces 

In the unlikely event that your order should arrive damaged please email with your order number within 2 weeks of delivery and we will sort this out as soon as possible. You may be required to send photographs of the damage, please keep the original packaging.


If you wish to cancel your order please email with your order number as soon as possible. If you are ordering a commission piece and you cancel later than 24 hours after purchase work may already have begun on your piece. If this is the case a cancellation fee will be charged proportional to the work that has been done. If the piece is complete the full price will be charged.

If you wish to cancel a personalised print please let me know within 60 minutes of your purchase. I aim to dispatch print orders as quickly as possible so after this time your piece may already have been personalised and so a cancellation fee charged.

You may cancel your order of products not personalised at any time from the point of ordering until 14 days after dispatch. If your order has not yet been dispatched it will be cancelled and your payment refunded. If the order has been dispatched you will need to return it following the instructions above for non-personalised products before your refund can be issued. Depending on your bank and your payment method, refunds can take 3-7 working days to appear in your account.
