1. Products and Services

Jessica Sian Illustration designs, creates and sells original illustrations and prints. Each original piece is custom made to individual customer's specifications.

Originals are made using artist quality watercolour paper, prints are printed on high quality paper. Unless otherwise stated all pieces come without a frame or mount. Jessica Sian Illustration is happy to advise on frame and mount sizes upon request. In some instances it may be possible to supply pieces framed, at an additional cost. This is currently only available in the UK and an enquiry would need to be made prior to purchase.

2. Pricing and Payment

Product prices are listed with each product, the price depends on size and is visible by selecting the size in the drop down menu.

Jessica Sian Illustration has the right to alter pricing at any time


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on your shipping location. Jessica Sian Illustration reserves the right to amend shipping costs at any time.

3. Shipping and Delivery

After your order has been placed and payment received your order will be processed and posted. UK postage is 1st class Royal Mail and should arrive within 1-2 working days of dispatch. Processing times for prints are 1-2 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product. You should expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days.

Original artwork will have a longer lead time as each piece is made to order. This is generally 2-3 weeks but may be longer in busier periods. If you require your piece for a specific date please note this in the order notes and Jessica Sian Illustration will endeavour to ensure it is with you for then. For commissions desired sooner than 2 weeks, please contact Jessica Sian Illustration before ordering.

International shipping will take longer. It is estimated by Royal Mail that this is 3-5 working days for Europe and 5-7 working days outside of Europe. Please note that all shipping times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. International orders may be subject to delays as a result of postal systems in their country which are out of my control.

All orders over £30 will require a signature upon arrival and will have a tracking number.

4. Returns Policy

4.1 Returns - Commission & Personalised Pieces

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase and you will be refunded. To cancel your order please email jessica@jessicasian.com with your order number and cancellation request. Depending on your bank and your payment method, refunds can take 3-7 working days to appear in your account.

After 24 hours your piece may already have been started. If this is the case a cancellation fee will be charged proportional to the work that has been done. If the piece is complete the full price will be charged.

Due to the personalised nature of the pieces we are unable to accept returns on commission or personalised pieces unless they arrive damaged. If your order arrives damaged please notify Jessica Sian Illustration within 2 weeks of delivery and a replacement piece or refund will be arranged. You may be required to supply photos of the damage and return the piece.

4.2 - Returns - Prints (Not Personalised)

You are able to return or cancel your order for prints which aren't personalised within 14 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with the quality. Please email jessica@jessicasian.com with a note of your order number and the items you are returning. If the order has not yet been dispatched your refund will be processed straight away. If your order has been dispatched or arrived with you already you will beed to arrange the return. Please then wrap the piece up securely (ideally in the original packaging) and return it to the address below:

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to arrange and pay for the return unless damaged/faulty and ensure it is returned in a saleable condition. Provided it is returned in a saleable condition Jessica Sian Illustration will process your refund on receipt of the return. Depending on your bank and your payment method, refunds can take 3-7 working days to appear in your account.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Jessica Sian Illustration owns the intellectual property rights to all artwork. Any artwork purchased should not be copied or reproduced under any circumstances.

Jessica Sian Illustration also owns the intellectual property rights of all images, graphics, text and photographs shown on this website and these should not be used or copied in any way.

6. Finally

Occasionally Jessica Sian Illustration may need to make changes to the terms and conditions due to changes within the business or changes in the law. These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England.
